Artists Billie McTernan & Okhiogbe Omonblanks Omonhinmin will find their way through Lier with questions that can be traced to the relationship between a city/community, its people, nature and the things that merge them together.

” The 20th and 21st centuries have seen humans become increasingly focused and driven by production, which has seen us lose our innate ability to connect with the spaces we inhabit and move through.

Our journey begins in Lier. In the context of new developments happening there we would like to see what the future holds for the municipality. To do that we embark on a journey into its past, present and possibilities for its future with the help of our students & teachers of the school and the community as our collaborators. In our time in Lier we will present an ongoing exhibition space with our findings.”
